How to Clear Your Mind of Negative Thoughts



It is said that the mind is like a wild elephant that needs taming. If you've ever thought about and tried to calm the mind, you will have experience of being thought of as a continuous and difficult to manage. We care, we obsess about the same things over and over again, we are concerned about things that never happen, we want more than we have, or something other than what we have, and we have expectations of themselves and others that can never be met. One of my friends is a lawyer in New York. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, passed the bar exam, got a license to practice, he worked a short time and then was laid off due to lack of economy.
